Accessibility arrangements in third party locations
K&S LHS does not have any physical offices but we do on occasion, rent rooms from third party organisations. Examples of this include our Winter Presentation Programme, which are held in the Church Hall, St Dunstan's Church, Keynsham. Accessibility services at this location, include parking, close to public transportation, enhanced audio, a health and safety briefing at the start of the event, appointment of Fire Marshalls and the provision of two fire exits.

For other events and trips, where we will be using third party organisations and venues, we will seek to ensure the above provision of accessibility is provided.
